Foil Potatoes


Many people probably already know how to do this but I figure there are as many people who don't so I thought I would post it. This is a really easy side dish for any grilled meal especially when you already have the green peppers and onions chopped and ready. On Monday's I usually prep all my chopped veggies for the week and put them in my Pampered Chef 1 cup Prep Bowls. It saves a ton of time to cut all my onions for the week at one time instead of getting everything dirty each day. So, that being said, the onions were done and the chopped green peppers were in the freezer.

Foil Potatoes

1 lb potatoes, cubed about 3/4"
onions, chopped
peppers, chopped
Season Salt
garlic powder
2 t. olive oil
